Bending Some Steel
Today I picked up the 3in square tubing I had bent for the Waverly nest project. A big thanks to the Joseph Kavanagh Company! They did an awesome job bending these into perfect curves. They have an impressive factory in Dundalk, MD. Check them out if you need material bent. http://www.josephkavanaghco.com/

Vincenzo Couture....COMING SOON!!
For the first time, I think my work is fully starting to reflect my personality. My current work is the most honest it has ever been, and by that I mean I'm starting to let loose and have fun. I'm not taking things too seriously or trying to be something I'm not. I think I'm a fairly funny guy and I'm definitely odd and corky! I have secretly always wanted to be a comedian and actor, so why not do that through my work!? Well I am now...so I hope you enjoy it!
I've decided to make up my own fashion company for all the bizarre outfits I've been creating. Yes I am poking fun at our culture, but I'm not trying to be some activist saying things should be one way or another. It is what it is. You are part of it as am I. Embrace it, laugh at it, and maybe be slightly embarrassed at certain things within our popular culture!
Expect a new website soon, as well as funny video clips and advertisements! And if you live in Baltimore, keep looking at those billboards, you might just see one of my funny ads up! I wonder if anyone will thing I'm legit!? hahaha
Keep on Keeping on! And remember, we're not adults...we're just taller children!

Nesting Project A-Go!
After several back and forth discussions between myself, the center director, and the foundation board, my neighborhood nesting chairs will be installed in the Better Waverly Community Arts Center Sculpture Garden in the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore! We will be running a couple workshops at the center with the neighborhood children who are going to get their own fabric patch to decorate and paint. I will then take them back to my studio and sew them in the nests with all of the other donated fabrics.
I anticipate a ribbon cutting/neighborhood cookout opening of sorts late July/early August after the Project: Road Trip team and myself return from our summer tour!
