Patch-making Workshop

Today we held a workshop at the Better Waverly Art Center for the kids to create their own patches that will be incorporated into the nest chairs. I learned that kids love puffy paint...and A LOT of it! I can't wait to see these nests all put together because they are definitely going to be a funky site!

Once Upon A Time...

Collaborative project with Christine Weller complete and installed in the gardens of the University of Delaware. It will be exciting to see what time and mother nature does to this, as well as what everyone else will do it as they continue to add on to it and keep it growing and alive.

Vincenzo Couture....FIRST PHOTO SHOOT!

This is my interpretation of fashion design and the advertising culture that accompanies it. It was a lot of fun to create and it keeps me laughing. That may seem simple-minded or arbitrary, but to me embracing those playful qualities and using my art as a comical tool is very important. It encourages one to re-exam the ways in which we operate within our cultural society while reminding us that we can still "play" as adults.
